Biscoff & White Chocolate Tiffin Bars

Using Lotus Biscoff biscuits and spread to make these delicious Biscoff Tiffin Bars. The crushed biscuits create the perfect bar, topped with melted white chocolate and Biscoff spread.




Ingredients


- 150g Butter

- 5 tbsp of Golden Syrup

- 3 tbsp of Caster Sugar

- 175g of Biscoff Biscuit’s

- 80g of Digestive Biscuits

- 300g of White Chocolate


Method


- Melt the butter, golden syrup and caster sugar and mix

- Take off the heat and add the crushed biscoff biscuits, the crushed digestive biscuits and 100g of the white chocolate chunks

- Press the mixture into a lined baking tray

- In another bowl melt the remaining white chocolate and drizzle on top of the biscuits

- Refrigerate for 3 hours minimum to set

- Slice into chunks and drizzle with melted biscoff sauce
