Starting off the festive recipes with these brie, bacon and chilli jam dough balls. Using fresh ready-made pizza dough and topped with garlic & parmesan butter they are easy and delicious.
Ingredients
Makes 12 dough balls
1 fresh ready-made pizza dough
brie
170g pancetta
chilli jam
2 minced garlic cloves
knob of butter
parsley
40g parmesan
Method
- Slice the pizza dough into 12 equal amounts
- Add a slice of brie, the cooked pancetta and a spoonful of chilli jam into the centre of each dough slice
- Fold the dough around the filling and add to an oven proof dish
- Mix the butter, minced garlic, parsley and parmesan into a bowl and coat the dough-balls with a basting brush
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes on gas mark 6 / 200 degrees
