This martini is almost like a dessert. Made with chocolate, coffee and fresh double cream, it’s an after-dinner drink that’s super easy to make.
Makes 2 cocktails
Ingredients
30ml vodka
1 chocolate espresso shot
50ml double cream
30ml sugar syrup
100ml chocolate espresso liquor
Ice
Milk chocolate, sugar syrup and granulated syrup to decorate
Method
Make an espresso and set aside to cool
Once cool, add all ingredients into a cocktail glass and shake for 1-2 minutes
Rim the glass with sugar syrup and granulated syrup
Share the cocktail between both the martini glasses and top with grated milk chocolate
