Ingredients
- 200g of Feta
- 4 tbsp of Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp of Lemon Juice
- 1 minced Garlic Glove
- 1tbsp of thyme
- 1 tbsp of oregano in a bowl
- Firstly drizzle the flatbreads in olive oil, salt and tarragon and cook for 10-12 minutes
- For the creamy feta dip combine 200g of Feta, 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 minced garlic glove, 1tbsp of thyme and 1 tbsp of oregano in a bowl
3) Add to a food processor and blend until smooth
4) Serve the feta dip with a drizzle of honey, chilli flakes and sesame seeds and enjoy with the flatbreads
