Ingredients
Buttermilk Chicken
3 Chicken breasts
50g Panko breadcrumbs
50g Cornflour
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Mixed herbs
1 tsp Garlic granules
Tub of butter milk
Spicy Mayo
5 tbsp mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
Juice of one lime
1 tbsp Truff hot sauce
Method
- To make the crispy chicken coating, have 3 separate bowls, one with buttermilk, one with cornflour, smoked paprika, mixed herbs and garlic and another bowl with Panko breadcrumbs
- Coat the chicken in the buttermilk and dip into the cornflour until covered
- Re-dip into the buttermilk and then dip into the Panko breadcrumbs until covered
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, crispy and cooked through
- For the spicy Mayo, combine the mayonnaise, fresh lime juice and minced garlic clove and hot sauce into a bowl and mix
