Ingredients
2 steak medallions
Cornflour
1 egg
2 peppers, red and yellow
1 brown onion
Steak Marinade
1/4 tsp fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
Dash of light soy sauce
Chilli sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
4 tbsp light soy sauce
4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
250ml water
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp brown sugar
Method
1) Slice the steak medallions, marinade in ginger, garlic and soy sauce and set aside in the fridge for a few hours
2) Once marinaded, add one whisked egg into the bowl and coat all of the steak slices
3) Add cornflour into another bowl and coat each steak slice in cornflour
4) Add into your airfryer and cook for 12 minutes on 200 degrees
5) Whilst the steak is cooking, add the onions, peppers and garlic into a skillet on a medium heat and cook for 3-5 minutes until soft
6) Add in the sweet chilli sauce, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, tomato purée, brown sugar and water and simmer until it thickens
7) Place the steak strips into the skillet and coat in the sauce
8) Serve with rice and top with sesame seeds, spring onions and chillis
