This crispy soy and garlic chicken recipe is quick, easy but full of flavour. Air fried until crispy, coated in a delicious marinade and served with hot honey mayonnaise.

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
50g Panko breadcrumbs
50g plain flour
2 eggs
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp honey
Hot Honey Mayo
1 tbsp hot sauce
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
Squeeze of lime juice
Method
In 3 bowls have Panko breadcrumbs, 2 beaten eggs and plain flour. Coat the chicken in the egg, then into the flour, back into the egg and then into the panko breadcrumbs
Air fry for 15 minutes on 200 degrees until golden and crispy
For the sauce, add all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until it becomes glossy and sticky
Add the crispy chicken to a large bowl and coat in the sauce
For the hot honey Mayo, combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined
Serve with spring onions and hot honey mayo
