Taking hot chocolate to the next level. Using Cocoa powder, dark chocolate and brown sugar, this delicious hot drink is thickened with cornflower for the ultimate treat.

Ingredients
600ml whole milk
75g dark chocolate
1-4 tsp brown sugar (you can add to taste depending on how sweet you prefer)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Cornflower, add a tbsp at a time to thicken
Whipped cream, large and small marshmallows, chocolate sauce and a flake to serve
Method
Simmer the milk in a saucepan on a low-medium heat until it starts to bubble
Add in the cocoa powder, dark chocolate, brown sugar and mix until smooth and the chocolate has melted
Add the cornflower to water as instructed on the packaging and add a tbsp at a time until it thickens (I used 4-5 tbsp)
Divide into your mugs and serve with whipped cream, large and small marshmallows, chocolate sauce and a flake to serve
