Easy Garlic Parmesan Sourdough Breadcrumbs

The easiest recipe but adds the most flavour to a variety of dishes. These garlic parmesan breadcrumbs can compliment pasta dishes, salads, coat meats like beef and chicken, potato wedges, they are really multi purpose. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for long lasting breadcrumbs.





Ingredients




3 slices of sourdough

1 tbsp dried mix herbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp of olive olive or truffle oil

3 tbsp parmesan


Method


  • Simply add all the ingredients into your food processor and blend

  • Add onto salads, pastas, meats, poached eggs, they are extremely multipurpose
