Serve my giant gooey chocolate skillet cookie warm and gooey, straight from the oven. Top with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Ingredients
175g butter
200g light brown sugar
1 egg
Pinch of sea salt
75g milk chocolate
75g white chocolate
75g dark chocolate
210g plain flour
40g cocoa powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Method
In the cast iron skillet, cream together the butter and sugar together until fluffy, add the egg, vanilla and beat until combined
Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt, and mix to combine
Stir in the chocolate chips and press the dough gently to flatten and spread evenly across the skillet
Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy round the edges but gooey in the centre
Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce and serve warm
