Crispy air fried halloumi popcorn pieces, coated in panko breadcrumbs, smoked paprika and served with a sweet chilli yoghurt dip.
Ingredients
250g halloumi
1 egg
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp mixed herbs
40g Panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Method
Slice the halloumi into medium sized cubes
To make the crispy coating, have 2 separate bowls, one with the whisked egg and one with panko breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, mixed herbs and garlic
Dip the halloumi in the egg and then dip into the breadcrumbs
Air fry for 5 minutes until golden and crispy
For the sweet chilli yogurt, combine the greek yoghurt and sweet chilli into a bowl and mix
