Homemade Caramel Sauce

This smooth and rich caramel sauce is the perfect acccompany to your favourite dessert. Using 3 ingredients, it is super quick and easy.



Ingredients


200g caster sugar

120ml double cream

80g butter

Pinch of salt


Method


- Add the caster sugar, butter and cream into a saucepan and heat gently on a low- medium heat

- Stir continuously until the mixture has melted and is all combined

- Remove from the heat and set aside to cool

- Enjoy over your favourite dessert or add into a recipe
