Individual S’mores Dip

This gooey s’mores dip is full of a rich, chocolate sauce and topped with toasted marshmallows. Served with shortbread to dip, it is the ultimate tasty treat.


Ingredients


200ml double cream

300g dark or milk chocolate

250g condensed milk

large and small marshmallows

Shortbread fingers, to serve


Method


  1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 5 / 190 degrees

  2. On a medium heat, add the double cream, chocolate and condensed milk into a skillet and mix until smooth

  3. Divide into 4 petite casseroles and top with large and small marshmallows

  4. Cook in the oven for 5 minutes until the marshmallows are gooey and melted

  5. Serve with shortbread fingers
