Ingredients
225g butter
225g caster sugar
4 eggs
225g self raising flour
40g cocoa powder
100g milk chocolate chips
100g milk chocolate chips
200g milk chocolate
300ml double cream
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius / gas 4 - Grease a bundt cake tin
- Place the butter and sugar in a large bowl and mix - Whisk in the eggs until the mixture is well combined - Fold the flour and cocoa powder into the chocolate mixture - Add in the white and milk chocolate chips and mix
- Pour the mixture into the cake tin and spread evenly - Bake for 35-40 minutes and remove
- Leave the cake to cool completely, then lift out of the tin
- To make the ganache, add the chocolate and double cream into a saucepan and mix until melted
- Using a rolling pin, part crush the Oreo’s so half are whole still
- Drizzle the ganache over the cake and then drizzle melted whey chocolate and top with crushed Oreo’s
