Prosciutto wrapped Camembert with Sticky Honey & Wholegrain Mustard

The delicious addition of honey, wholegrain mustard, and lemon juice compliments the Camembert perfectly. Wrapped in prosciutto for a salty crunch and crusty bread to dip, it makes the perfect dish.




Ingredients


1 tsp wholegrain mustard

1 tbsp honey

Squeeze of lemon juice

1 Camembert

7 slices of prosciutto

Crusty bread and parsley to serve


Method


- Layer the prosciutto in an oven proof dish and add the camembert on top

- To make the dressing, add the wholegrain mustard, honey and a squeeze of lemon juice and mix

- Slice into the camembert and spoon the dressing on top

- Wrap the prosciutto over the top of the camembert to make a parcel

- Cook for 30 minutes on gas mark 5 / 190 degrees

- Serve with fresh parsley and crusty bread
