Sticky Marmalade Giant Pigs in Blankets

Everyone loves this traditional Christmas side dish.



Ingredients


Pork chipotlas

Streaky bacon

2 tbsp marmalade

Fresh rosemary

Fresh thyme

Pinch of red pepper flakes


Method


  1. Wrap a two pieces of bacon around each of the chipolatas and place onto an ovenproof tray

  2. Cook either in the air fryer on 200 degrees for 13-15 minutes or in the oven on 190 degrees / gas mark 5 for 25-30 minutes

  3. In the meantime, add the marmalade, fresh herbs and red pepper flakes into a saucepan and on a low heat stir until melted

  4. Once the pigs in blankets are cooked, use a basting brush to coat them in the sticky marmalade

  5. Serve and enjoy
