This giant Kinder cookie dough (that is completely egg free and edible) is cooked and served in a skillet. It only takes a few minutes to gather the ingredients and make yet results in the most delicious and irresistible cookie dough.
Ingredients
150g caster sugar
150g brown sugar
400g plain flour
200g butter
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Mix together the butter, sugar, vanilla, salt and milk until smooth
- Add the flour in and mix
- Chop the chocolate into chunks and add into the mixture
- Add the cookie dough mix into the skillet and bake for 10 - 15 minutes on gas mark 4 / 180 degrees
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream and kinder shavings
By baking for 10 - 15 minutes it allows the chocolate to melt and the cookie to warm but ensures the mixture remains as a gooey cookie dough consistency.
