Quick and easy flatbreads, air fried in 5 minutes. Garlic naans topped with pesto, spinach and 3 cheeses.

Ingredients
2 garlic naan breads
2 tbsp basil pesto
Handful of spinach
50g mozzarella
50g mature cheddar
50g parmesan
Sea salt
Red pepper flakes
Method
1) Spread the pesto over the naan breads and set aside
2) Wilt the spinach in either the microwave or on the hob with a knob of butter and a garlic clove and place on top of the naan
3) Top with the three cheeses and air fry on 180 for 5-7 minutes
4) Top with sea salt and red pepper flakes
