Sweet toffee popcorn and toffee pieces with the saltiness of the pretzels all mixed together with white chocolate to make these delicious bars.
Ingredients
100g toffee pieces (or fudge)
175g salted pretzels
170g toffee popcorn
125g salted butter, melted
40g golden syrup
300g white chocolate, melted
Toffee sauce to decorate
Method
- In a large bowl, add the toffee popcorn, salted pretzels, toffee pieces, melted butter, melted chocolate and golden syrup.
- Stir until all combined and place into a lined baking tin
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set
- Remove from baking tin and slice into squares
- Finish with a drizzle of toffee sauce and pretzels for decoration
