Crispy potato fries coated in truffle oil and parmesan and made in 12 minutes in the air fryer.
Ingredients
2-3 medium sized baking potatoes
Truffle oil
Truffle salt
50g parmesan
Fresh parsley
Cracked black pepper
Method
- Slice the potatoes into fries and add into a large bowl
- Coat in a drizzle of truffle oil, a pinch of truffle salt, cracked black pepper, half of the parmesan and parsley
- Add into your air fryer and cook for 11 minutes on 180 degrees
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and add back into the large bowl
- Coat in the remaining parmesan and fresh parsley and enjoy!
