Delicious and easy bagel which consists of smashed avocado, streaky bacon, halloumi, and an egg in the hole. Cooked in the air fryer for just 5 minutes and topped with fresh chives.
Ingredients
Avocado
Bagels
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Streaky bacon
Halloumi
Fresh chives
Juice of half a lemon
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Eggs
Method
- Cook the halloumi and streaky bacon in a skillet on a medium heat
- In the meantime, mash the avocado and add in the lemon juice, red pepper flakes and season
- Add the avocado onto the bottom of the bagel and top with the streaky bacon and halloumi
- Add the top of the bagel on and crack the egg into the hole (you can make the hole slightly bigger by cutting away the bagel)
- Cook in the airfryer for 5 minutes on 190 degrees
- Top with fresh chives and enjoy
