A quick, easy and healthy salmon recipe made entirely in Cuisinart’s air fryer oven. Delicious salmon cooked in a hot honey garlic sauce with crispy golden potato wedges.
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets, skin-on or off
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
Hot Honey Garlic Sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
50g honey
1 tsp chilli flakes
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp fresh parsley
2 tbsp melted butter
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
Potato Wedges
2 medium baking potatoes
Olive oil
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley
Lime wedges, parsley and sesame seeds for serving
Method
- Season the salmon fillets with garlic salt, smoked paprika and cayenne powder
- Combine the minced garlic, hon
ey, lime juice, parsley, chilli flakes and melted butter in a small bowl and stir to combine
- Using a basting brush, add the sauce onto the salmon and set aside
- Slice 2 medium sized baking potatoes into wedges and add into a large bowl
- Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, olive oil and fresh parsley and mix until coated
- Add the salmon and the potato wedges onto the air fryer basket and place into the air fryer
- Cook on 200 degrees for 11 minutes
- Remove the salmon and potato wedges form the air fryer and place to a serving plate
- Garnish with lime wedges, white sesame seeds and fresh parsley
